CONVERSION PLANS

This is a working list of the tasks and projects for the conversion.  I will update it regularly to help keep track of our progress and to keep a focus on the overall scope of the job.

Interior

1. Remove seating.
2. Insulation. Roof, walls and floor.
3. Replace floor.
4. Remove windows, cover and install new windows with screens
5. Build out garage section.
6. Build out living and sleeping areas.  

Exterior

1. Paint. Possibly a tan and or brown combination.
2. Roof rack.
3. Replace front bumper add extra  driving lights.
4. Replace rear bumper, build lift/deck/ ramp.
5. Mount solar array.
6. Build canopy outrigger and supports for hammocks.
7. Mount propane tank.
8. Build solar battery bank support.
9. Add fender flares front and rear.

Mechanical

1. Rewiring the lighting.
             Rear red flashers to brake lights and upper amber flashers to turn signals and hazard flashers.
           
             Isolate the headlights from the ignition switch. Currently the headlights come on anytime the              ignition is on.
2. Isolate engine cooling issue and repair.
3. Install roof mounted heating and cooling system.

Utilities

1. Power inverter.
2. Water tanks. fresh and gray water.
3. Shower set up.
4. Toilet? options needed.

Other

1. Install radio and speakers.
2. Install cb radio.
3. Install air horn.
4. Install rear view camera.
